- Moving In To The Residence Halls - find a checklist of things to do to facilitate your transition to the residence halls, including setting up your computer, coordinating details with your roommate(s), bicycle policies and paying your fees; this page also includes maps that explain how to navigate to each residence hall and where to park on move-in day
- What To Bring - read this to help you plan what to bring with you (and what is better left at home) when moving to the residence halls
- Guide To Residence Hall Life (pdf) - the Guide outlines the rights and responsibilities of all students living in the residence halls, as well as information about facilities and services; current and future residents should ensure they understand and adhere to guidelines presented within this document
- Calendar - refer to the Calendar to plan for Student Housing deadlines, including opportunities to change meal plans to plan for residence hall closures during holidays
- Residence Hall Fees - the fees page includes the Fee Schedule and Deadline information, the 2009-2010 Rates, and information about late payments, deferred payment schedule options, billing and invoices, online statements, addition fees, and refunds
- Submitting Student Housing Fees - learn how to pay Student Housing fees online, by mail or in person; download payment coupons; and learn more about MyBill
Move-In Weekend Assignments
Students will be advised of their room assignments, roommate contact information, and assigned check-in day in mid-to-late August . At that time, students may contact their roommates to coordinate what each will bring and/or rent (i.e. stereos and TVs, MicroFridge, printers). Students who are unable to check into their hall on their designated check-in day may move in on any following day. Students who have need of special accommodations, or whose check-in day conflicts with the observance of religious holidays, should contact Student Housing by email or by telephone: 530-752-2033.
