2011 Vacancy Report
The UC Davis Student Housing Department has conducted a Vacancy and Rental Rate Survey on apartments in Davis since Fall quarter 1975. The purpose of this survey is to provide the campus and the Davis community with information for future planning.
The apartment vacancy rate in the city of Davis decreased slightly since last fall to 2.5 percent, while rental rates crept down by an average of 1.0 percent, according to a survey by the University of California, Davis. Download and read the full report (pdf).
