Application Process: Tri-Cooperatives
To apply to live at one of the Tri-Cooperatives, follow these instructions:
- Download* and review a sample Lease Agreement
- Download* and read:
- the Cooperatives Terms and Conditions
- the Cooperatives Lease Regulations
- the Cooperatives Constitution
- the Cooperatives Handbook
- Download* and read the Application
- Fill out the Application completely
- Submit the Application to Student Housing
- Contact the Tri-Cooperatives at tricoop@ucdavis.edu or 530-754-1310
- Tri-Cooperatives approve applications by consensus according to space availability

Application Deadlines
- Fall: June 1 (first consideration); September 10**
- Winter: December 1**
- Spring: March 8**
**NOTE: Applications submitted after the deadlines will be considered for the next quarter
Lease Details
Annual lease agreements are effective August 1 of each year. Applicants may download, complete and print the Tri-Cooperatives Sample lease and sublease forms; lease agreements are not valid until all parties agree to and sign the lease. New residents are selected by current members and house assignment is based on house availability.
