Mail Service
Residence Halls
US Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday and campus mail is delivered Monday through Friday. Because mail clerks are full-time students, mail delivery times will vary depending on class schedules, but residents may expect mail delivery to be complete by 5pm. Packages can be picked up at the Area Service Desk.

Orchard Park and Solano Park Apartments
US Mail is delivered according to the regular US Postal Service mail delivery schedule. Mail is delivered directly to residents' mailboxes, which are located outside the building for which the street address pertains (example: residents with 5000 Orchard Park Circle in their address may find their mailbox located at building 5000).
Outgoing mailboxes are located at each mailbox location. Keys to mailboxes are issued by Orchard Park and Solano Park offices; lost or damaged keys and lock change requested are also managed by the Parks offices. The Parks offices provide the US Postal Service with correct names for each mailbox. Students should not contact the US Postal Service with these requests. However, the Parks offices do NOT handle residents' mail, including the process of forwarding or redirecting mail, or accepting packages from couriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Baggins End
US Mail is delivered according to the regular US Postal Service mail delivery schedule. Mail is delivered directly to residents' mailboxes, which are secure grey mailboxes located at Baggins End.
Keys to mailboxes are issued by the Orchard Park office; lost or damaged keys and lock change requested are also managed by the Orchard Park office. The Orchard Park office provides the US Postal Service with correct names for each mailbox. Students should not contact the US Postal Service with these requests. However, the Orchard Park office does NOT handle residents' mail, including the process of forwarding or redirecting mail, or accepting packages from couriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
