The Colleges at La Rue
The Colleges at La Rue is a privately managed apartment complex, located on the UC Davis campus. The Colleges embodies a unique vision of Tandem Properties and UC Davis: a campus-sponsored living-learning community where residents participate in leadership development programs hosted by the Center for Leadership Learning.
The apartments have stylish floor plans and modern appointments, and are surrounded by beautiful, rustic-European-styled grounds; 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments are available.
Eligibility
Continuing undergraduate, graduate and professional students may apply for housing at The Colleges at La Rue. Space is limited.
Note: incoming first-year freshman and transfer students are guaranteed housing in Student Housing; see Student Housing options for more information.
