Primero Grove
Primero Grove is a privately owned and operated apartment complex located at the northwest corner of campus, adjacent to the Segundo Area residence halls.
Primero Grove has 181 unfurnished apartments. Each unit has a full kitchen, including a refrigerator and dish washer, as well as a private bathroom and balcony; all units also have central heating and air conditioning, a high speed Internet connection, and cable television. In addition, Primero Grove maintains a well-appointed and maintained community room for its residents. Primero Grove’s central campus location distinguishes it from other campus apartments; most campus locations are a short walk or bike ride away.
Eligibility
Continuing undergraduate, graduate and professional students may apply for housing at Primero Grove; however, incoming first-year and transfer students are not eligible to live in Primero Grove and should consider other Student Housing options, including the residence halls.
