- Extra-large twin-size bed frame and mattress

- Dresser

- Desk lamp

Living Room:
- Sofa
- Upholstered Chair (one chair in two person apartments; two chairs in three person apartments)
- Coffee table
- End table
- Lamp for end table
Dining Room:
- Table
- Chairs (the amount of chairs included is based upon apartment occupancy)
