UC Policy for Addressing Religious Holiday Conflicts with Residence Hall "Move-In" Days (223kb)
Occasionally the fall move-in weekend assignment dates may conflict with students' observance of religious holidays. In such cases, students may contact Student Housing (530-752-2033) to arrange for alternative move-in accommodations. Beginning with the 2011-2012 academic year, the university academic calendar has been developed to avoid major religious holiday conflicts. The University of California policy regarding religious holidays that conflict with residence hall move-in days is accessible at the link immediately above.

Residence Hall Parking Policy Appeal Form (93kb)
Students living in the residence halls are not eligible to purchase campus parking permits. However, students with exceptional needs may file a Parking Appeal form to request an exemption to the policy. Dean Witter Fund - Information and Application (Student Affairs Website)
Undergraduate students interested in applying for reimbursement from the Dean Witter Fund should refer to the Dean Witter Fund webpage on the Student Affairs website for general information, applicant and event eligibility requirements, reimbursement details, and to complete the online application.

NOTE: the application must be completed prior to planned faculty interaction events. Full instructions and details regarding the undergraduate reimbursements from the fund are included in this document.
