Freshman Housing Guarantee
All incoming freshman students are guaranteed housing in the residence halls, provided they are single, under the age of 24, and meet all Student Housing and university deadlines.
Although first-year students are not required to live on campus, over 90% choose to live in the residence halls. Studies show that students who opt to live in the residence halls their first year are more likely to graduate than students who do not.
