Cancellation Process: Transfer Students
Students who do not plan to live in university housing for the academic year, or who desire to cancel a pending application for housing, should submit an email to Student Housing. Students cancelling their applications must do so before taking possession of the space. Contact Student Housing for specific dates and deadlines.
When submitting an email to cancel a housing offer or pending application, please include your name, Student Identification Number and reason for not needing housing (i.e., not attending UC Davis, withdrawing, or living off campus).
