About ANOVA Aggie Square Apartments

ANOVA Aggie Square Apartments are located at 2761 Stockton Blvd in Sacramento, conveniently located on the UC Davis Sacramento campus and a ½ mile south of the UC Davis Medical Center. Aggie Square is where university, industry and community come together to create opportunities for everyone. For more information about Aggie Square, see the Aggie Square website.

The housing consists of a total of 190 apartment units and 252 beds. UC Davis Student Housing master leases and operates 49 units with a total of 103 beds and will lease these beds at affordable rates. The UC Davis master lease units are set aside for UC Davis graduate and undergraduate students, and if space permits, residents and fellows, and other affiliated UC Davis staff studying or working at the Sacramento campus. The remaining 141 units at ANOVA Aggie Square are available for lease via GMH Communities with priority given to UC Davis affiliates such as students, faculty and staff, Aggie Square private industry tenant employees. After offers to university affiliates the general public will have the opportunity to lease at ANOVA Aggie Square.

The building is 5–6 stories, with community amenities consisting of a fitness center, business center, and study spaces. Parking is available to a limited number of residents at the Aggie Square Parking Garage located two blocks to the east. Units in the project available for lease from UC Davis Student Housing include micro studio, two- and four-bedroom units, leased by the bedroom. Other floor plans are available via GMH Communities. Those who are unable to secure a lease in the master lease units are encouraged to apply with GMH on the ANOVA Aggie Square website.

In micro studio unit, one side chair, and one entertainment center. In 2 and 4 bedrooms, 1 sofa, 1 side chair, 1 entertainment center, 1 coffee table, 1 dining table, 1 dining chair/stool per bedroom
  • Computer Network Connection(s): wireless (included in rent)
  • Mailbox Location: Main lobby
  • Utilities: Utilities are included
  • Additional Amenities anticipated: Controlled Access and Intercom system, soundproof pods, Patio with grilling stations, game room with billiards tables, Wellness lounge, Luxer Package system, EV Charger (limited number), micro market and coffee bar
  • Additional Notes: All apartments have a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and washer/dryer
  • Lease Terms: To accommodate both quarter and semester programs, lease terms of 11.5 months to allow for apartment turnover annually
