Residence Halls Fees

Fees for the residence halls vary based on occupancy and meal plan only. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewer and garbage), high-speed internet, cable TV and access to computer centers, Living-Learning Communities and residential academic centers are included in the quarterly fees. Additional fees will be assessed for meal plan upgrades, room plan upgrades, lost keys, lockouts and/or building repairs caused by negligence. Please review your contract for a full list of fees. You can check your housing balance at any time at mybill.ucdavis.edu. Financial Aid is available to many students in the form of grants, scholarships, and loans. As of Fall 2020, residential room and board rates will post separately on students MyBill accounts. This change is in alignment with a new state law mandating the separation of room and board charges.   • Fall Quarter: September 15
  • Winter Quarter: December 15
  • Spring Quarter: March 15
