ANOVA Aggie Square Fees

ANOVA Aggie Square leases run from June to the following June; monthly rent includes two pro-rated months based on lease start and end dates. A $250 security deposit is due prior to the lease start-date. Rent includes electricity, water, sewer, and garbage services, as well as Wi-Fi.

Payment Deadlines

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment submitted after the 15th of the month will be considered delinquent. Residents who are delinquent on rent three or more times during the lease term may become ineligible for a lease renewal offer. You can check your housing balance at any time at mybill.ucdavis.edu.
