Orchard Park Fees—Contracts

Fees for Orchard Park contracts vary based on occupancy and meal plan only. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewer and garbage), high-speed internet and access to computer centers, and residential academic centers are included in the quarterly fees. Additional fees will be assessed for meal plan upgrades, room plan upgrades, lost keys, lockouts and/or building repairs caused by negligence. Please review your contract for a full list of fees. You can check your housing balance at any time at mybill.ucdavis.edu. Financial Aid is available to many students in the form of grants, scholarships, and loans.
