Primero Grove Fees

Primero Grove leases run from August 1 through July 15 or from September 1 through August 15. A $250 security deposit is due prior to the lease start-date. Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage services, as well as Wi-Fi. Gas and electric services are the leaseholder's monthly responsibility.

Rates

Rates for Residential Meal Plans, which are paid for separately from Primero Grove fees, are available on the Residential Meal Plans webpage.

Payment Deadlines

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment submitted after the 15th of the month will be considered delinquent. Residents who are delinquent on rent three or more times during the lease term may become ineligible for a lease renewal offer. You can check your housing balance at any time at mybill.ucdavis.edu.
