Spring 2020 Information for Moving In

Schedule

Check-In Day and Time

March 26, 2020, Noon–11PM.

Check-In Location

Tercero Area Service Desk.

After checking in and unloading your belongings, please check in with the Resident Advisor on your floor.

If you arrive after 11p.m., call the Senior RA on call (530-681-6724) for assistance.

In case of emergency only, please call the Tercero Area Service Desk (530-752-5000).

Photo Identification Required

Please bring your AggieCard (or another photo ID) to check in. You won't be able to check in without it.

Parking on Campus

Please park in Parking Lot 47. Additional parking is available in Lot 48, or on Tercero Hall Drive and Bioletti Way.

NOTE: Permits are required for all UC Davis parking lots. Be sure to read the permit information at the entrance to the parking lot and follow the instructions; parking regulations will be enforced.

Driving to UC Davis

Arriving from Hwy 113:

  • Exit Hutchison Drive eastbound
  • Turn right on La Rue Road
  • Follow La Rue Road through the curve, then
  • Take the second left into Parking Lot 47 to check in at the Tercero Area Service Desk
