Moving Out of Primero Grove Housing

Students must completely vacate their apartments by 4 PM at the end of their lease. Moove-Out information will be emailed to you, with a reminder of your Moove-Out date prior to the end of your lease:

  • End of Lease is either July 15 or August 15 based on the lease you have signed.

Preparing for Moove-Out

  • Schedule your Moove-Out appointment through your myHousing Portal:
    • Appointments are available Monday through Friday 9 AM–4 PM during the last month of your lease.
    • NOTE: weekend and evening appointments are NOT available
  • Submit maintenance requests for anything damaged in the apartment by emailing pg-maintenance@eahhousing.org.
  • Follow the APARTMENT CLEANING GUIDELINES CHECKLIST & FAQ.docx.
  • Pick up any mail/packages in advance of your move out:
    • Don’t forget to submit your forwarding address to USPS and update your address for future orders.
  • Schedule your “stop services” date with PG&E. Reminder PG&E must be in your name through the end of your lease.

Moove-Out Appointments

  • During your scheduled Moove-Out appointment, visit the Primero Grove Leasing office located in Manzanita #159 to check out and drop off your keys directly to one of our staff members onsite.
