Moving Out of The Green

The Green Apartments Contract (pdf) states students must completely move out of their apartment by the end of their contract — by 4 PM on June 30.

  • Section 4.H. of your contract states, Vacate the apartment space at the end of the contract period by 10am. Any Student remaining in the Apartment space after the end of the contract shall be considered trespassing and legal sanctions, University sanctions, or fees may be imposed.
  • Please note we are making an exception to the 10 a.m. deadline, extending it to 4 p.m.

Student Housing emails all residents information about check-out deadlines and cleaning guidelines. Reminder emails will be sent throughout the summer for those still living in The Green.

Please review all information regarding checking out of The Green. "Checkout" refers to the entire process of cleaning your apartment, moving out, and turning in your keys, access card, and parking permit. Follow all checkout instructions to avoid charges, including a $75.00 improper check out fee and $50 lock change fee for keys not returned.
