Daniel Bodhiprasart

Daniel Bodhiprasart

General Manager Daniel Bodhiprasart was born and raised in Davis, CA. He began working for UC Davis in 1997 as a high school student and worked as a student employee during his time as an undergrad as well. He grew up in a culture surrounded by food, and his favorite memories and holidays centered around food. Now, he loves spreading that passion by reaching people through food. He also enjoys training and mentoring employees to get them to their next career goal. His favorite on-campus dining events to prepare for are the theme meals, which he thinks are fun and creative and loves doing something special for residents. His guilty pleasure food is anything spicy. He says, “If I’m not sweating, I’m not enjoying it.” Outside of work, he loves hiking with his dog, spending time with friends and family, listening to music and spending time outdoors.
