Gabriel Trejo

Gabriel Trejo grew up in Santa Maria, California, and joined our team as the manager of Segundo Dining Commons in March of 2026. He began his career working in dining services as a student employee at UCSB and has spent most of his professional career working in collegiate dining. His favorite part of the job is working with a diverse team to help provide excellent guest experiences, and he’s excited to help prepare for theme meals and special events. His guilty pleasure food is tres leches cake, and outside of work, he enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
