Gokhan Aksoy

General Manager Gokhan Aksoy grew up in Turkey and has worked at UC Davis for 25 years, starting as a student employee. His favorite parts of his job are working with students, the food and educating customers about food. His guilty pleasure food is Dos Coyotes’ rancho burrito. Outside of work, he loves playing volleyball. He played it professionally for 11 years in Turkey and now trains his daughter.
