Richard Ronquillo

Richard Ronquillo

A career professional with over 25 years in higher education student affairs, Richard serves as the director of marketing and communications for Student Housing and Dining Services, providing guidance and support to senior department leadership and direction to the team responsible for developing and delivering the department's social media, website, LCD display board, and print communications, as well as key dining and student housing marketing events.

Previously, Richard served as an assistant director in residential education, supervised Sorority and Fraternity Life, oversaw multimedia and television studio production, worked as a leadership coordinator and supervisor of resident advisors, and as the Student Housing liasan for third-party campus housing partners.

Richard enjoys a variety of hobbies, including collecting pop culture toys and collectibles (Funko Pops!), attending comic book events, and watching movies and sporting events. His favorite teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco 49ers.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Auditory Linguistics or something from University of Redlands and a Masters in something higher-ed from Michigan State University.
