Incoming Fall Quarter

Log into the myHousing Portal to learn about requesting roommmates.

Incoming mid-Fall, Winter or Spring Quarter

Students who intend to move into the residence halls after the academic year has begun (mid-fall, winter, or spring quarter) and desire to live with a particular roommate should contact Student Housing to determine availability and the appropriate process. Student Housing will attempt to honor roommate requests based upon available space and the amount of roommate requests received.

Apartments

Orchard Park

Students who apply for a single bed lease: log into the myHousing Portal to learn about requesting roommmates.

Students who apply for a unit lease are responsible for identifying their own eligible roommates and completing the additional occupant addendum; there is not a roommate matching process at Orchard Park. Students who do not have a roommate but wish to sign a unit lease at Orchard Park may rent the entire apartment on their own. Student Housing does not maintain a list of students who are looking for roommates.

Primero Grove

Students who apply for a unit lease are responsible for identifying their own eligible roommates and completing the additional occupant addendum; there is not a roommate matching process at Primero Grove. Students who do not have a roommate but wish to sign a unit lease at Primero Grove may rent the entire apartment on their own. Student Housing does not maintain a list of students who are looking for roommates.

P3 Apartments

For non-Student Housing managed campus properties —refer to P3 Apartments on the Apartments at UC Davis webpage — students should contact the properties directly to learn about their roommate assignment processes.
