Priority Groups and Eligibility

The following groups are eligible for Anova Aggie Square with Student Housing and Dining Services (SHDS), and unit-lease offers are prioritized in the following order:

  1. Incoming First-Year Single Graduate Students of the School of Nursing or School of Medicine
  2. Incoming First-Year Students in a Marriage or Domestic Partnership
  3. Single Continuing Graduate or Undergraduate Students
  4. University Affiliates (Faculty and Staff)

2025-26 Application Instructions

  1. Complete the Anova Aggie Square Application (Opens in New Window)
  2. Check for an email notification from studenthousing@ucdavis.edu for a lease offer based on the leasing timeline
  3. Visit the myHousing Portal
  4. Review your lease offer on the myHousing Portal within 48 hours
  5. Monitor email for notification your lease is available for signing
  6. Complete the Lease Signing process via the myHousing Portal

2025-26 Leasing Timeline

Leases will be offered based on availability.

  • First Round of Lease Offers
    • Apply by February 6, 2025
    • Lease Offers sent on February 13, 2025
  • Second Round of Lease Offers
    • Apply by March 6, 2025
    • Lease Offers sent on March 14, 2025
  • Third Round of Lease Offers
    • Apply by April 1, 2025
    • Lease Offers sent on April 14, 2025
    • Any additional available leases will be offered on or after April 21, 2025

Rent rates provided by Student Housing and Dining Services will be below the comparable rental rates in the area. Rent rates will be provided before you are offered a lease. Returning or second-year students will have the opportunity to lease from GMH communities at ANOVA Aggie Square.
