Housing Eligibility for Incoming Transfer Students

Incoming transfer students are eligible to live in the following locations:

• Residence halls (students must be under 24 years old)
• Student Housing Apartments (SHA)
• Campus apartments, including Solano Park Apartments
• Cooperatives

Incoming transfer students who choose to live on campus are guaranteed housing in Student Housing Apartments provided all requirements and deadlines are met.

Please note: not all housing types/options are available every year; housing types/options are determined based upon available space
