Orchard Park Fees

Leases

Orchard Park leases begin on August 1 and September 1. A $250 security deposit is due prior to the lease start-date. Rent includes gas, electrical, water, sewer, and garbage services, as well as Wi-Fi.

Contracts

Fees Orchard Park contracts vary based on occupancy and meal plan only. All utilities (gas, electrical, water, sewer, and garbage services) Wi-Fi are included in the quarterly fees.

Please review your contract for a full list of fees. You can check your housing balance at any time at mybill.ucdavis.edu. Financial Aid is available to many students in the form of grants, scholarships, and loans. Rates

Rates for Residential Meal Plans, which are paid for separately from Orchard Park fees, are available on the Residential Meal Plans webpage.

Payment Deadlines

Leases

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment submitted after the 15th of the month will be considered delinquent. Residents who are delinquent on rent three or more times during the lease term may become ineligible for a lease renewal offer. You can check your housing balance at any time at mybill.ucdavis.edu.

Contracts

• Fall Quarter: September 15
• Winter Quarter: December 15
• Spring Quarter: March 15

If you are interested in breaking your housing payments into smaller monthly payments, a Deferred Payment Plan is available through UC Davis Student Accounting.
