Student Housing ApartmentsTransfer Apartments for 2019-20
Student Housing and Dining Services partners with P3 (Public-Private Partnership) apartment complexes on the UC Davis campus and in the Davis community to create a Student Housing-based student experience known as Student Housing Apartments (SHA).
Six apartment communities combine with Student Housing and Dining Services academic, computer, and transition resources to make up the Student Housing Apartments (SHA) program.
Three apartment communities are located directly on the UC Davis campus, a fourth community is located a mile east of central campus, a fifth community is two miles west of central campus, and the sixth community is two miles north-west of campus. The Student Housing resources are all located on campus: Segundo in the northwest corner of campus, Tercero in the southwest corner, and Cuarto another block west of Segundo.
